Step1
Inquire
Once you have perused our Website and viewed our past beautiful Wedding Cakes, please get in touch with us. You can contact and inquire through our Online Contact & Book Form on our Website. Please let us know all the details on the Wedding Cake you would like to order, i.e. Size/How Many People, Flavours, Design Ideas and the date of your Wedding. This enables us to check our availability and better understand what you are looking for.
It is completely fine if you don't know or have yet to decide on many of the details, as we will work with you to design and create the perfect Wedding Cake for you.
Step 2
Consultation
Once we have the details and your Wedding Cake delivery day, we will confirm availability and work with you to start the process of creating the Wedding Cake of your dreams to fit your budget.
We will arrange a virtual Consultation. This is to speak with you to discuss colours or inspiration for your Cake and any other requirements. We like to discuss your ideas, themes and colours to ensure you are happy with the vision of the Wedding Cake we are creating for you.
Consultation also enables us to discuss your budget. We work with all budgets and will consult on what we can create on your budget. The great thing about everything being baked fresh and bespoke for you is that we can work around your budget and quote you a price that fits all budgets. After consultation, we will create a tailored quote for your Wedding Cake, as well as mock designs of your Wedding Cake.
Step 3
Tasting Samples
You are also more than welcome to Order samples of our delicious Cake Flavours to taste at the Consultation or to your home to share & taste with Friends & Family.
We offer various tasty Cake Flavours and are more than happy to create any unique bespoke Flavours you would like to request. Our Wedding Cake Flavour Samples are Cake Slices layered with the accompanying fillings.
You can order a selection of Flavours or our whole variety of Flavours, it is up to you and what you would like to sample.
Our Wedding Cake Tasting Samples start at £30, depending on your desired samples, with a minimum of 4 individual Cake Slice Samples.
Step 4
Fine Tuning
We will confirm all the Details, Flavours and Designs of your Wedding Cake, ensuring you are 100% happy. This is the time to amend anything or discuss anything else you would like from Desire Cakes.
When you are 100% happy, and we will confirm your Cake and schedule in your Order.
Step 5
Securing Booking
Once your Wedding Cake is confirmed, quote accepted and you would like to proceed with Desire Cakes, you will need to place a 50% deposit to hold your Order.
We will discuss our Wedding Cake Terms and Deposit with you before any payment is made to ensure you are happy.
Step 6
Payment
Final payment should be made two months before your Wedding Cake/Delivery. Don't worry we always send out Payment reminders for customers, as we know you will have a million things on your mind as your big day approaches.
Your Wedding Day
You don't have to worry about anything at Desire Cakes, we have created and delivered hundreds of Wedding Cakes, so please trust you are in safe hands.
We will deliver and set up your Wedding Cake at your location on the day without any hitches or disturbances to your Wedding. We will keep you updated on the process throughout when your Cake is being crafted, when your Cake is complete and when it is on its way to the location. You don't have to do anything. Just sit back and enjoy the day!
